Nudity is still nudity, there. Not in The Sims 4. It's mostly non-existant in The Sims 4. Which makes the game an EXTREMELY bland game.
They have the blurred effect same as they have for the other games. Sims 4 is bland, because it was built to orginally be a online game. They never intended it to have much depth, because online games are bland anyway.

There is nudity. You can add the clothing optional lot trait and watch your sims do stuff in the buff all day long. Granted, there will be a censor blur covering them, but if you have the mod to remove that, they will be naked. I used to have a spa in my game with this lot trait and the naked yoga class was the most unexpectedly hilarious thing to happen in a long while. 😁😂 Had to remove the lot trait eventually because the censor blur was annoying and covering more than just their modesty.
