Rice, milk, pinch of salt, sugar to taste, vanilla, lemon zest, cinnamon. I've seen online recipes where people will add different toppings, from fresh fruit to sour cherry or rose jam, walnuts, or Nutella, but I like it with just the cinnamon sprinkle. 😁
