Re: Cross-Platform DLC Transfers for The Sims 4

I have spent so much money buying all these packs and kits to make my game better on Xbox, I love this game and have been playing for 10+ years and im finally able to afford the fun expansions my parents couldn’t afford to get me as a kid. I love playing on Xbox but pc just offers more so I want to switch over but because it’s not cross platform I will have wasted so much money. It feels like a scam honestly, I’m supposed to re buy all the things I’ve already spent my hard earned money on? Please please fix this issue, I know I’m not the only one feeling frustrated about this. There has to be a way around it, especially considering how pricey each pack is, it’s not like it’s cheap enough where I can afford to buy everything twice

This isn't a thing controlled by EA. The platforms are different. You can't even switch your Xbox versions of game amd dlc to Playstation forthe same reason. The cross platform thing is usually just so multiple different platforms can play a game online together. You can access the gallery, which is the cross platform online element to Sims 4. So, if a player, on PC makes something you like you can download it to your library and use it in a save. I know it is annoying, but the truth is you will either need to rebuy content or just play on your console. I learned that much when they introduced Sims 4 on consoles. The game originally launched on PC in 2014, so consoles were an afterthought that got the game much later.
