Real Estate Agent Career?

I was thinking about the for rent expansion pack (I don’t have it yet) and thought about maybe adding in a real estate agent career to the base game. I think it’d be pretty cool to do open house tours and also see homes before you move in. Much like the playable careers, you can go to work with your sim and look at homes (think the interior designer career) and be able to post listings on your website via the computer. 
I know this is already kinda free to do by just exiting a household and going into build mode but idk, just a thought. I’m also not sure if this is the proper place to give an idea.

    This idea of adding a real estate agent career to *The Sims* reminds me of how important it is in real life to find the *right* agent. A great agent is not just someone listing houses—they are someone who actually understands your needs and goals. Imagine if, just like in *The Sims*, you could try out different agents until you found one who felt right. Instead of spending hours reading reviews and worrying if the agent is just trying to make a quick sale, you would have someone on your side who takes the time to understand exactly what you are looking for, whether it is a unique fixer-upper or a modern home. Your agent would be like your Sims’ guide through open houses, giving advice that fits you personally. Now, that would make real estate a lot less stressful and maybe even enjoyable—an experience, not just a transaction!
