Relationship Social selection some host friend member let me confusing

it is a relationship is Ask about other sims friends ,it's obviously show me is my best all friends,Not him or her friends,that's so creepy!
Ask about others non-player characters or Talk up  with others non-player character  .Two relation List/menu is the my sim Familiar friends,Talk up others and is offer to me is my all  best friends

So where is my best friend or familiar friend friends in the relationship menu,where are they
there is someone i already known in ,Ask and check it  in the relationship catalog menu
