Req. items for classes Businesses and Hobbies

It would be nice if you could just have one required item for all skill classes to suit smaller spaces but for sure there should only be one seance table required for Medium classes because 3 seance tables on one lot being used at the same time is entirely too much for the game to handle even on a high end machine.
