[RL] Cannot promise noble title to grandchild

have a save with the new nobility and legacy expansion, have a family with 3 generations, the biological child of the current queen died, her grandchild is a teen and in the nobility career. I cannot...

    This is currently functioning as designed- noble titles can only be passed down one generation. Please feel free to provide your feedback on this design choice here if you'd like.
