@AriaMad2 I noticed this too. My Sims adopted a toddler yesterday and in CAS it had Romance Dynamics for his parents but they were greyed out. Like you I wasn't sure if they should be there or not, because Family Dynamics were also greyed out. I definitely found it strange.

I'm playing on Xbox Series X with all packs installed.
