Roof Plants -> Sloped Terrain Plants?
Plants on roofs automatically angle to the roof slope. They are placed against the roof, not just floating on it in the same orientation as on the ground.
Can they do this on the terrain, too?

No. If the terrain is too uneven and sloped the foliage or plants float just above the ground or terrain in my experience.
