Royalty Pack

I was thinking about what would make the sims more fun as ive found most recent packs to get boring pretty quickly, a royalty pack. For the world, a kingdom, with a castle near the top and then the houses and everything more below with maybe a market in the middle. A new job to work for a guard for the palace, an occult or an extra trait to become royal, all types of royalty. random royals from other kingdoms visiting, being able to use your royal power such as commanding sims to cook for you or do stuff for you. balls youre able to attend that arrive in the mail, when you collect the mail you get the layout of an invitation on your screen, telling the date, the time, who its help by and more. then have another place just 1 same castle or somewhere the ball is held everytime, just 1 lot. also maybe a built in garden that has a opening into a secret garden that can be a new secret world. or maybe a built in waterfall somewhere in the world then behind it is a secret world but i cant imagine how it would look. make options to handle royal duties, make ceremonies for when royalties are crowned king/queen. for outfits maybe some gowns and suits, tiaras and crowns. im not sure what else could be added but with royalty there is alot and i feel like it would be a very popular pack, meaning alot of people would buy it. i feel like this pack would add so much more into the game aswell. It would also be good for stories, it would make sim youtubers content better. and maybe when the household is created, if theyre set as royalty straight away give the player a decent amount of money, maybe 500,000. and maybe a default royal family if you dont move a family in straight away. maybe also a royal school, skills for royalty that ONLY apply to royals. i feel like a royal school would also be good maybe instead of a secret world so the sims could meet other royals like them, instead of always waiting for them to just randomly show off. and an option in the settings to disable arrivals of other royal families. and a new event to start a ball, it will give you a list of royals even if you dont know them and then people you do know. and an option for when your sim ages up to young adult or teen to "leave the royal life". if they are a king/queen they could have an option to "leave the royal life and crown someone else as king/queen" or just "leave the royal life" and you could have a section on the interactions of "royalty" so all the stuff is easy to find.

I think the gameplay for a pack or world like this would have to be separate from the rest - other gamepacks influence the Sims' lives quite a lot already, I mean, I've got all the High School events popping up even for households without teenagers, Lovestruck interferes with gameplay in every household, too, then you have all the festivals... it's a lot but within all those worlds, it works well together. Royalty gameplay would feel a bit out of place if it's designed to interfere like other packs do - you know, if the royal ball showed up in the Sims' calendar alongside all the other festivals. It would probably depend on how royalty is being handled within the pack; if it's a modern approach (think current European monarchies), it might work. If it's more medieval/Renaissance/whatever, it would feel a bit out of place.

  • and. Add the facts that those who control what we get in this game, more than likely, only Know the Disneyland version of Royalty.

Which is way out of touch with reality. But, then, so are the American "Royals", Harry and Megan.

And I totally agree with you, about all those so called festivals and other events that annoy but never actually work if you do try them.
