This 100% needs to be added. I've currently got the bug where all my sims wear underwear for their nude outfit and can't change it as this save is on console to so can't even use LittleMsSam's resetbathingoutfit cheat mod. Being able to fix this in CAS would be great. That awful peach underwear even under the mosaic is still as vomit enducing pixelated as it is without.
