Sims 4 Delay & Consolation

Seems that this Sims 4 Delay has not been addressed if it has it's not solved no Patches for it. Sims 4 seems to cansel out there commands at times like when they are stargazing or cloud gazing  I  add other commands and after few seconds the sins 4 cancels the other commands. not sure this has been addressed.
