For myself I wanted was sick Sims to have the option to go to the hospital as well just taking medicine like in previous some Sims had to stay home from work and school and rest and get cured. Sims 4 just right seems unrealistic get medicine your cured, just like pets going to vets I want Sims to go to the hospital get checked out even receive a doctor's note if they are need a rest for day or two from school and work. Also pregnant Sims can get check ups to see how they and the babys doing you know.
