Sims 4 idea- mixed lot

I was just working on a lot that is going to house a restaurant,  bakery, veterinarian office, flower shop, hair salon, spa, and small hotel, and I was thinking, how cool would it be if the Sims team made a mixed lot type. They could use the same mechanic from For Rent but instead if tenant 1, 2, 3, you can select business 1, 2, 3 and then you can have your Sims rent or buy a business space! Just thought it would cool to see! Also, I know For Rent can kind of be used as a hotel, but if you made a hotel pack with all the hotel accoutrement, I would love it.
