We really need tugboats if this EP ever comes to life. Sims 3 had houseboats that you could live in and fish off and steer anywhere in the deep blue. In sims 3 you can move your houseboat far away from the shore and live in the middle of the ocean if that's what you want.
I miss this and hope sims 4 can bring it back. Living on water is calming. Every morning is like a vacation as long as its not stormy out there... 🛥️

My TS3 sims used to play golf off their house boats. 😁 If they ever bring back house boats in TS4, it would be nice if they give us the option for some bigger and fancier boats like yachts or even cruise ships, not not just the tugboats.
