Sims 4 Sports Tournaments Expansion Pack

Also, I would like to mention that there could be cut scenes for when Sims go to the Tournaments in their respective sport type.

For example, for swimming. When the sim arrives and participates in a swimming tournament rabbit hole. The player will be shown a cut screen of their Sim performing in a swimming tournament. Same for all other sports who are performing at the tournaments.

There can be a competition rank as well. Depending on how many competitions you won, you can be eligible to apply for the Tournaments based on skill, how many competitions you won and more.

You can also have the Langraabs, or random in game sponsors to endorse you while at the Tournaments which will result in a higher simoleon income.

i'm not gonna lie we need some kind of a sport pack

olympic games for each Seasons (if Seasons is installed but even without it, it should spread out like San Myshuno, Mt Komorebi and Henford-On-Bagley to name 3 worlds)

and the other some kind of sport activities like an after school activity, a sport event you can go to etc

Here is another idea that I am currently brainstorming about.

Does anyone like the idea that competitions can lead to performing in an ultimate match against other skilled Sim NPCS in their respective sport category?

Trophies, medals, high simoleon compensation from performances in competitions and ultimate matches. 

Books that can teach Sims about their respective sport that is a skill that the Player can level up. For example: Read Swimming 101 will increase the Sims Swimming skill.

Unlock new sports clothing, unlock different sports competitions by skill level in the sport that the skill is leveled up in, inherited traits and inherited skill level from experienced parents who have high skills in their respective sports, health UI that shows the stamina, strength, determination of your Sim, and lastly breath-holding can be considered a skill!

Sims can perform Gymnastic routines at home. Sims that practice swimming can have a new animation for swimming in a lap pool based on skill, similar to realistic professional swimmers. Sims that practice wrestling can have a training mat. Sims that practice running can train stamina in a newly proposed health UI.

I'd love to see every Simmers idea come to life in this thread. Please read through the thread and contribute if you're highly interested in a Sports Expansion Pack!

I would love to come back and view other simmers ideas for the Sports Tournaments expansion pack concept! We have all contributed a ton of images, what we would like to be able to play in game, and added our own ideas that are well thought out!

Continue commenting and contributing to this thread with ideas, images, videos of sims performing in athletic sports. Also, if anyone is able to create a UI mentioned above throughout the thread, I will greatly appreciate your efforts and other simmers will too!

There is competition type gameplay in the upcoming Adventure Awaits EP. Wonder if it will be useful to stage sports competitions for the sports we currently have in game. Rock climbing, diving, skiing. swimming maybe could work. Don't think we will ever get sports competitions that require lots of players.

What makes you believe we won't have a Sports Tournaments Expansion Pack? 

As long as teams are concise and small this should be executable.

Also, I like that Adventure Awaits adds competitions. But this Idea concept is completely different from Adventure Awaits.

Do you have any ideas or sports that you would like to be added?

I didn't say there won't ever be a sports tournaments pack, just that there won't be one that includes multiplayer/team sports such as soccer, basketball, etc. because it would require too many sims on the lot.  We might get something but for single player sports or maybe pairs like boxing, tennis, ping pong, darts, etc. In University there are I think football matches, but they are rabbit hole experience so doesn't' really count. I think figure skating as a competitive sport would be nice, sims could train on the skating rink and then participate in rabbit hole type competitions. 

Have you been able to read throughout the entire thread, I do mention that we can have rabbit hole tournaments.

Also, what you said contradicts Adventure Awaits. There is a competition system with more than enough sims to complete a competition and those events aren't rabbit holes.
