Sims 4 Wolf Graffiti Industrial Door Glitch

I have been playing a werewolf sim for some time now and I built his house to have the basement locked off with the Wolf Graffiti Industrial Door as I was setting it up as an area only for werewolf sims but for some reason I keep having non werewolf sims get in and become trapped due to the fact that they can't get back out even though that WGID is the only way in or out of the basement which raises the question if non werewolf Sims can't leave through the door due to it being werewolf only how are they getting in in the first place.
