Sims ideas

I feel like it would be cool if there was an option to make your sim mute. Just thought it would be cool but another one I have is about braces. What if when you customized your sim to have braces, they could feel it? Like the uncomfortableness and pain? Just thought my ideas should be shared with you guys.
