Sims Session Shirts No Longer Avaliable as Description Suggests

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? Patch 1.109.185
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All DLC
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? In CAS, filter by Base game and Locked Items
What happens when the bug occurs? You will see the shirts from Sims Sessions, with a description telling you that you can unlock these by travelling to the event. This event is impossible to attend to now, making this description inaccurate / the assets being incorrectly locked since they are still in the game. 
What do you expect to see? The shirts to not be locked, since there is no way to unlock them through gameplay now the event is over.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
