Social Bunny needs an overhaul entirely.
- Hundreds if not thousands of posts for specific traits.
- Significantly more BLOCKERS on what posts can be posted unless a Sim has specific traits. i.e. no "teehee im a silly teenage girl!" posts from adult aged men who are supposedly Proper and Snobby.
- Cross-pack posts for EVERY pack. They don't even have to be contextual- if i have jungle adventure installed, let sims with >10,000 simoleons in the bank post about going off on a jungle vacation. Simple stuff.
- No autonomous posting from sims in the active household.
Text is cheap. Features like this should be drowning in variety. It would be a big undertaking to do the actual under-the-hood handling of how that text works, but it's just not a well designed feature. I have not used it since HSY came out and I realized that my Sims would autonomously post like they're at a middle school sleepover every waking moment of their lives, including about things that did not happen, with people they were in the same room with all day.
Unfortunately, HSY is drowning in systems that are clearly incomplete, and there's very little chance they ever go back and fix any of them. There isn't a single aspect of HSY besides the school day (and even that's questionable) that seems actually feature-complete. EVERYTHING in that pack feels like a prototype placeholder.
