Stop changing into everyday outfit after workout

This is minor, but I hate it when my sim goes for a jog and, immediately upon cessation of the jog, they change into their everyday outfit. NO! You’re all sweaty and gross and should stay in your workout outfit until I manually have you change or you take a shower lol. I also get annoyed when they change from their PJ’s into their everyday or hot/cold outfit when I have them step outside to get the mail or take out the garbage or something. There’s probably a mod for this, but I don’t like using too many mods.

Agreed, I prefer the way it is currently. Perhaps something for the Sims team to consider adding into gameplay settings is the option to toggle sims auto changing clothes.

OMG YES! I like to story tell and if i have them working out, I want them to stay in that outfit. If my sim is at home all day why do i have them stomping around the house in heels from er everyday, when she could be in her pjs? I dont want the game to run on autopilot, I want to be engaged/immersed and this, albeit small, detail is really annoying.

  • caylalalala For some reason, my sims keep their workout clothes on after all types of exercise, until I tell them to change or an event that requires different clothes comes up. I think they used to change into their everyday outfit by themselves, but they no longer do that. I have no idea what happened.

  • I actually prefer that it the way it currently works right now. If you want to know a way to "prevent" it, you can tell them to take the shower/bath in the cue BEFORE they are done working out/jogging. They usually skip changing back to everyday if you fill up the action cue. As for the changing from pj's to something more appropriate to wear outdoors. That is less bothersome. It isn't realistic to just go out in pj's.

  • I actually prefer it this way, because I don't have to tell them to change clothing for everything.
