There are a lot of other disabilities but none of them would be helped by having a wheelchair accessible game so if you want to discuss other disabilities and how to include them in the game you should create separate threads discussing each one. I have already elsewhere talked about why the blind can not be depicted in a meaningful way in the game as well as the deaf but I'm sure that EA would love to hear about how other disabilities could be incorporated in the game. It may not happen in the Sims 4 but possibly in a future game.

@jpkarlsen The point I'm trying to make is, which in this instance I'll focus on just wheelchair use, the fact that a life simulator game excludes something which is a necessary part of the lives of millions but will happily include other optional transportation such as bikes just seems ridiculous to me. If mods made in the spare time of others can simulate life for wheelchair users, why can't a team of devs incude it within the life simulator game they're paid to work on? Just because having a wheelchair accessible game wouldn't help with every disability, knowing that the game at least offers representation for disabled folk would mean a lot since it at least was able to represent part of a group of people who often get cut out for being to "difficult" to replicate
