Suggestion: ability to add all items to inventory

I would love the ability to "move all items on lot to inventory" for when I'm completely redoing a house build but want to keep all the items. It's a pain to add every single item to the inventory individually and hope I don't miss anything. I often find it easier to move my sims out - selecting Keep Furniture - and then move them back in, but that's also a pain.

Similarly, it would be great if we could select a Room and move all the items in that room into the inventory at once with one keystroke/click.
