I would really like a bakery geared towards baking bread not cakes. With a big wood fired stone oven for baking. The oven could be used to make pizza too, or even to glaze the ceramic pots, but you could make all kind of breads with it, baguettes, focaccia, ciabatta, sourdough, potato bread, etc.
