Suggestion For A New World (Science & Crime!)

Name suggestion right off the bat would be "Locked & Loaded" as in locked up for having committed a crime and getting caught, and loaded with money and items from being a successful criminal. 

Longtime player, never came onto the forums so idk if this has already been suggested, wouldn't be surprised. I was trying to relocate some sims, specifically the 3 pre-made already going to College sims from the University pack, one of them is Becca Clarke. I realized that there's no world for science people. I also have bad, mean and evil sims and no real place for them to go. I think a world where there's one section for crime, one section for police/law and the main city part where all the life/crime happens. We already have pick-pocketing and kleptos, so maybe only when you're in that neighborhood you can perform actions to rob someone on the streets. You could use charisma to intimidate and fitness for physically shaking people down. If you do crime actions near police or law sims, they'll intervene. Criminals can intervene when police sims are trying to arrest another criminal. There would be a bank to go to work, put your money in, and stage heists. I think I've seen mods like that. A courthouse for holding trials, because your sims don't just get arrested. There's bail or being on probation. I'd think this world could co-exist with science, implying that crime is getting more high-tech. You still need to be physically fit, but it's an emphasis on smarts.
