Suggestion: NPC Manager system
By NPC i mean sims with specific roles that we can't apply to. Can we please have a way to manage the NPCs our games create? Like a mechanic that allow us to choose which sims (existent or auto gen)...

This is a great idea. I tend to edit Townies to add likes and skills to try and push them towards different roles, it can sometimes work to get bartenders or spa staff but it's hit and miss. Lately I've got loads of occult Sims filling roles which makes no sense and I can't control it (on console) so for example I've got Guidry turning up as a bartender and an NPC Plantsim working at the spa! My main food stall worker is a Spellcaster who arrives on her broom. It's really immersion breaking for me.
