Testers for new update to prevent breaks?
Was there no way to identify this issue would happen? I may be wrong but I feel like if playtesters were used to test out updates before theyre fully released we wouldnt have issues like this happen ...

this is the one thing I do in my free time that I actually find joy in and its gone. I've done everything spent so many hours trying to fix this deleted all my cc and mods nothing works game keeps crashing. I'm honestly so upset
do we think they will refund my the almost $2000 ive spend on the game I did contact someone I know that could help me if ea refuses to refund me and can give advice they gave me to anyone else looking to go the route too
ive paid so much for a service I am unable to now use due to the company's error and hatred towards their customers ive been such a loyal gamer for years through out everything negative but I can't even open my game I HATE these people. I want all my money back and find a new game.
You are far from alone in this feeling. EA is doing its usual bang-up job in creating more problems with every thing they add or force on us to use. While we deserver proper fixes for our games, we DID NOT ASK for a Market Place for PC. Consoles... ok... cool. This allows them to finally have some CC for their games too. But PC players did not ask for this at all and look at where we are now. Our games, even those of us who don't use Mods or CC cannot play their games.
Here, I started to create a whole new game from scratch after learning how MOO can cause more problems than what we realized. So I went Mod/CC free, using no cheats except for Debug so I can get the foliage I want for my worlds that EA was to lazy to include in the Build/buy Mode. And even going so vanilla as this, our games are unplayable. Tons of money thrown in and for what???
