For abandoned or old mansions would be nice to have wooden stairs, wooden floor, and door that make squeaking creaking sounds when used.
Indeed I wonder how they could do it. Perhaps a lot trait tied to Haunted Houses?
I think they could just make them look run down and add the squeaky sound effect instead of the regular one.
