Transform into bat should not be used in the room they are already in

Watching my sim use transform into bat in order to move a few centimeter to the left is just annoying, and time wasting. 

If our spellcasters can have enough sense to only use brooms outside, So should our vampire have enough sense to not use transform into in the room they are already in.
