Unable to plan a funeral event during global calendar events

Global events that we can't cancel, cause you to be unable to plan funerals and goaled events. The funeral thing is silly when I can plan other events, even they're not goaled events.  Global events...

Also, the calendar might need to be tweaked as having every pack would mean an overly filled calendar. I dislike how I have to go to calendar (multiple times) to delete holidays that crop up weekly, especially dumb ones like prank day. I also dislike the multiple event/festival pop ups. I'd love full customization of the calendar!
