I would love to see an optional accidental or unplanned pregnancy system added to The Sims 4. Currently, pregnancy only occurs when players intentionally select “Try for Baby,” which offers full control but removes surprise from storytelling. A optional accidental pregnancy feature, enabled through a game settings toggle, would add realism, unpredictability, 

 and deeper storytelling especially for players who enjoy legacy and generational gameplay. The chances could be rare and balanced, influenced by traits, emotions, relationship levels, or age, and include emotional reactions such as shock, nervousness, excitement, or conflict that affect moodlets and relationships. Keeping this system fully optional would ensure players who prefer complete control can continue playing as they do now, while others can opt into a more dynamic and realistic experience. This feature would align well with The Sims 4’s focus on emotions, storytelling, and player choice
