4-Chance of Miscarriage (it can be optional)
5-Chance of Unexpected Pregnancy (it can be optional) (woohooing can cause pregnancy rarely)

EA needs to just buy the pregnancy and wellness mod from Lumpinou, and Pandasims realistic birth mod, b.c anything under they make for a pregnancy update would never even come close to being as involved and enjoyable to play.
They tend to bring into game what's popular like simda dating app so we can get some better pregnancy update too like ultrasound scan
