@thiagodcf That's weird. You are correct in thinking that there should be more info provided when a sim you have a good relationship with, dies.
First, the obvious : are you sure you have checked all places for this info? Have you checked the deceased sim's biography etc?
If you have and it's still not there, try repairing your game. To do this, go to The Sims 4 in the EA app and next to the play button, there should be a button that says "Manage". Click on it and then there should be an option to repair your game. This will restart the EA app and hopefully fix your game.
If it doesn't, you could also try clearing the EA app cache. If you have several packs downloaded, there may be a lot of work for EA to do to support all your packs, and therefore errors may occur on a frequent basis (nothing serious, just small things every now and then). When these occur, it's best to clear the EA app cache to relieve some old data off of EA. All data is still saved, it's just stored in your folders. To clear your cache, click on the three lines in the top left corner of the EA app. Choose "Help" and then click "Clear Cache". Once again, this will restart your EA app and hopefully fix your game.
Hope this helps xx
I don't work for EA but I like to help fellow gamers 🙂
