Vampire lore skill

Hii

This suggestion may be a bit niche but i just thought that if mermaids increase singing skill faster than normal sims and so do spell casters with the medium skill, shouldnt vampires learn the vampire lore skill faster also 

i am not sure if this has already been implemented but from what i have seen that doesnt seem to be the case
