very frustrated.

I'm very frustrated due to loving this game, purchasing almost every single add on, and the game just not working. I love this game, I've played it for years and made it work on laptops that should not have been able to run the game but i still made it happen because i wanted to play. I've purchased every expansion pack, game pack, stuff pack, and most kits. i have A LOT of money in to this game and recently it just will not work no matter what i do. I feel after purchasing a product it should work as advertised. Yes I have played with heavy mods in the past but since the crashes started i deleted everything but MCCC and yes i make sure its up to date. I've also tested without mods, and in new saves, yes I clear all cache after messing with mods. I've discussed my issues with Chat GPT because I do not have access to anyone that knows anything about any of this, I've done everything suggested from Chat GPT reading the crash reports. From rolling back my graphics driver, editing my MCCC settings, game settings and EA app settings. Game. still. crashes. I've even created an entirely new game. Like took the sims 4 file out of the EA files and let it create an entirely new sims 4 folder. I've gotten to the point I'm ready to delete the game because its not working. I've tried just about everything. but my love for the game has led me to here one final attempt to find someone that can help me play my game without issues. If anyone can help me, it would be much appreciated but I've not had nice experiences with help from people.
