Okay, so i just don’t get why we don’t have popstars and rockstars in the game? Like in sims 3 showtime? It would be cool to make music, tour and have concerts, also make a new and better world and not like del sol valley that looks tragic… Idk, ive been craving lately to play a famous singer in my country and her mafia/war criminal/a really bad person husband but i cant do that 😭…also like 60s and 80s kit would be amazing, imagine the hairstyles and cute outfits omg
iLoveKayn this must be the most requested feature. The community would love to see a pack focused on music. But, until that happens I use the Get Famous content and the current Entertainer career, Musician Branch. I've also made recording studios using the Mix Master Music Station and made CDs to release after signing to a record label. They can also perform in public at various lots with microphones or busking gear.
It's not the full musician experience by any means but it's still fun to play. My favourite is a Scandinavian DJ who takes over the decks in nightclubs but she also releases dance music. She has a cool beachfront home in Tartosa with a recording studio. Her brother is a classical musician in the Entertainer career so they are musical opposites. She has an Ibiza DJ vibe because I loved Ibiza and I created an Ibiza inspired club for her to perform in. He's very smartly dressed and proper with his grand piano! She's a massive star but he's lesser known.
But I really hope we get a real music based pack sometime. We've had such great collaborations with music stars in the past few years I keep wondering if it's a hint...then no pack materialises 😫.
It's possible to play a musician with a combination of music/entertainment career and aspiration based gameplay, with busking/performing at venues and also involve some fame gameplay. I have an Elvis impersonator in my game I play this way. 😁
