Xbox Series X, Add Character Spoken Language English And Others

Recently I played Sims4 on Xbox Series X and had a ton of fun, however the gibberish spoken drove me nuts. So I searched 'change Sims4 to English on Xbox' and finally realized the gibberish is Simlis...

@DudeX44 The 18 languages on PC/Mac are just the text, the spoken language is still simlish, same as on console. As @xochiquetzl_xkvn said, it's been like that since the original Sims. It was done so the spoken language would not be as repetitive and allowed people to use their imagination as to what the sims were saying.     Thanks for answering the question about the 18 languages being just text. I wish EA would've had that clearly stated just as you posted here. Not everyone knows about Simlish and the link you posted explained it all it great detail! This is exactly the kind of details I needed to fully ascertain the reasoning behind it. This helped me to make much more sense about it all. Again, Thanks!
