I'm pretty sure this was an intended change with the new update, but in CAS when you click on a sim's head the game zooms in on it much more than it did pre-update (max zoom). I was wondering if there is any option to revert it back to the state before the last update, since this is a bit too much of a zoom for my liking. Thank you in advance!

While the idea is very good that accessories like rings and bracelets are zoomed in, the forced zoom now complicates the CAS experience for CC users, because for example I have sorted out all of my CC accessories like recolors of parts of clothes, bags, acc shirts etc. into the ring and bracelet section, and now it is nearly impossible to see what I have picked or if it goes with the outfit, because I just see the hand instead of the whole Sim.
It's frustrating and very time cosuming if I have to go to another section after the tiniest change just to be able to see the whole Sim and the accessory I just picked. :( This (along with some bugs) prevents me from updating my game and buying the new pack.
My suggestion would be to give us the option to zoom in and out instead of this forced zoom. This way everyone would be happy. :) Please would that be possible?
Also if anyone knows a mod that gives us the old CAS view on heads and accessories back I would be greatful if you would share it. Thank you.
Agreed. This + the deformed infants/toddlers/kids + the imploding saves made me stop playing completely for now. I know this new zoom isn't the biggest problem in the game rn, but I love taking photos of my sims is cas, I take pictures of all my sims in every life stage and love making new sims to populate my saves, and this completely ruined the experience.
I hope that if EA doesn't return the zoom to how it was, that a modder will figure out a way to do it. I keep a folder for each save with photos from CAS of all my sims at each age stage, but the new CAS screenshots look so different from the previous ones and I hate it. I really have no desire to play until it's fixed.
Does anyone know any mods to make the cas zoom like how it used to be? I am honestly devastated. I play all the pre-made households all at once, so I was a couple dozen family trees into completing all my family trees, and now it’s changed. I hate it so much it makes me not want to play after all that time and effort spent on them.

If this was an intentional change it's really bad... If this was intended to help with the tattoos it should be kept in the tattoo menu only. This new zoom is bad, hopefully this change is reversed soon.

The head is cropped, the view is weird, it's like the head is bigger than the body itself, and it's so awkward to do everything in proportion. God, I hope they fix this
