The apartment building will not open up and there is no grey icon on top of it. When I put my mouse over it only the description pops up. I've also repaired my game and I have no mods.
Actually, I think its OK. I just tried bulldozing it and it let me enter the home. I then tried to move my household and it would let me. I guess its just a glitch that it wouldnt let me preview it or have the diamond show up. Thank you for the help!

I found a localthumbcache. package file. Should I delete that?
@Redroguegambit Okay, so you play with an empty Mods folder? (Except for the game's own resource.cfg file.) This is the Mod and CC Issues forum, so I want to get you to the right place. I'll make that Game Issues for now, but if you can add info about these things it would be helpful:
- have you ever bulldozed that lot?
- is your build there from the Gallery?
