25th Anniversary Event Questline Issue

This might become a problem for Week Three of this event but I completed all of the Week Two quests, unlocked all of the current rewards. That's the good news. The bad news is that the game crashed before I could save my progress. So I have three time shards, plus the materials for the Time Travel component, but since my game crashed that progress of making the component is null and void. I still have the materials and shards, but since the quests are listed as complete I cannot click on the shards to redo making the Time Travel Device. So this puts me in a pickle for Week Three unless there's a cheat to get the completed Time Travel Device somehow.
