4 Rent - No water lots allowed

Just starting the new expansion and all excited to rent out some beach huts. 

But most of the lots in Sulani are greyed out saying no water lots allowed. 

With each lots being self contained and functioning just like a regular lot, why would water lots be excluded?

    Probably because they're physically structured in their interaction with the water (you can go straight into a boat, for example) in a way that doesn't work with the new unit boundaries system.

    Disappointing. 

    Hopefully someone in the modding community thinks so too.

    @zoiee2020 My guess is it is any lot that also wouldn't allow you to build a basement either, and the lot would likely never support a large rental unit built essentially on sand. I'm not 100% on that, but I do recall the water lot restriction coming up as a limitation during the dev livestream.
