A strange issue I'm having right now

Hi all
I just updated the game this morning. But when I started it this evening, I got an error message like this:

Note that I only have one account and never signed in the EA app with any different accounts. This is my only computer I have at home and nobody has borrowed it. What can I do? I'd be really appreciated if you can help.

    olkui​ This can mean you deleted or never installed some CC that a build needs, or it can mean that you don't have all the packs a Gallery lot needs, or it can mean that you've not got all your owned packs running (try clearing EA App cache), or it can be a glitch.
