[EBN] Naturepath: Not getting prompt to go to work

My Sim is a level 5 Naturopath and she has not had the option to go to work in 5 days in game. It keeps on changing her 'Work in ... Dldays" to "Work in 2/3 days". As an example, it is Friday in game, she was not able to go to work at 9 AM today and it says she's supposed to work on Saturday however it says "Work in 3 days." I have closed and reopened the game as well and that didn't fix it. 

Is it worth it to quit the career and try reapplying to it? Or should I fix the game through the EA app?

    Could you please provide the following information

    -  Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
    -  Quitting and re-entering is def worth a try.

    I'm having the same problem.  It started with Level 4.   It's not sending me to work or giving me promotions.  I thought I could evade the glitch by cheating a level up.  The cheat leveled me up but didn't fix the problem.  Restarting and removing my mods did not work.
