[AA] [S] Sims cant change into weather outfits while on getaway

Try the following

- Close the game
- Rename Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 to Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4_Old
- Repair the game
- Start the game. All your content will be gone now as the game created a new folder. All your saves/.. is still in the old folder so not to worry. 
- Start a new save game
- Check if you still have the error
- Report back with your results for further steps on how to get your stuff back.

This is happening to me too but with any outfit. When I tell them to change they'll spin but have the same clothes on.

Tested this on my save and I can't duplicate this. Mine are changing fine.

Did you guys define any outfits for the roles, for multiple ones ?

I followed these steps, but the bug persists in the new game and new save.

I didnt change any role settings from the defaults for the fitness retreat. Ive notice that the outfit partly changes eg if the hot weather outfit has a hat, they'll be wearing the hat but the rest of the outfit doesn't change and in term of weather effects it's treated as if they are in everyday wear.

How do I get my saves and everything back after doing this?

This has started happening in my game and I don't have Adventure Awaits. I am currently playing in a household with a vampire family in a castle that doesn't have a thermostat. Right now it's summer and they are in a heat wave. My sims keep almost dying from overheating. After they shower, they don't put on a Hot Weather outfit which would be appropriate for the heat wave weather, they put on an Everyday Outfit and then start overheating. When I try to change them to an outfit that is a hot weather outfit, they spin like they changed but they don't always actually change outfits and continue overheating. It's become a pain to manage - every time I turn around someone is overheating to death and I have to scramble to fix it before they die. I'm going to have to put a thermostat in the gothic vampire castle (which I largely play as off the grid) just to make sure nobody dies of heatstroke because they don't have the good sense to change into cooler clothes.
