[AA] Child Sim Won’t Stop Playing Hide and Seek

Hello, I have never made a post before so hopefully this comes out ok. I have a family of 4 sims. A young adult sim who takes care of her 3 siblings. I just bought the Adventure Awaits Expansion Pack today and haven’t run into any issues until now. I had one of my child sims start a game of hide and seek, and it went smoothly. However soon after the game was finished, one of his siblings kept trying to do the “look for hiding sims” interaction. When I would cancel it and try to have her take a shower or watch tv, she would do those tasks for a few seconds, then cancel them and go back to “look for hiding sims”. It’s frustrating cause it would be fine if she would queue up the interaction after I ask to fill her needs, but she won’t and I’m scared cause I really don’t want her dying or getting taken away. I’ve tried resetting her, reloading the lot, the game itself, nothing has worked. I’m not sure what to do. I’ve been playing this family a while so I’m hoping that there will be a fix or maybe someone knows how to fix it? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated! :)

    Could you please provide the following information

    -  Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
    -  Do you have the option to end/pause the hide and seek on the Sims still ?

    Hello, thank you so much for replying! I did have mods in my game, I didn’t even think about trying that. However when I removed all the mods in my game, it seems to have made it worse. Now I give her a task, but she automatically cancels and goes back to “seek hiding sims”. I can still cancel the interaction, but she just immediately queues it up again. So my sim won’t even try to fill her needs anymore. I’ve tried repairing my game to see if that would work, but it did nothing. Is there something else I can try?

    Update: THANK YOU!! So I tried the “end/pause hide and seek” option like you suggested and it didn’t work at first. So I tried closing the game and repairing it again, and then had her “end hide and seek” to see if it would do anything and it DID!! It fixed her!! Yay! Thank you sooo much for your help! :D
