Accidentally Saved Over My YEARS Old Save File

I started a new family to get the Alphabet trophy & got excited to show my bf my original Sim's house (that I've played for several years).

I clicked "Save & Exit" and wasn't paying attention & thought I was switching households & instead was actually clicking that as the save slot. 

PLEASE tell me there is a way to get my old Sim's Save File back!! 😭
