Add and remove sentiments

@JoRN1414 It depends if it's a Long Term or Short term Grudge the short ones will probably gradually lower over a couple of sim days and the Long Term maybe a sim week. You can add or remove these sentiments by following my guide page 3 (if I remember rightly of this thread)
