Can’t edit female sims chest

Hi! In one of my save files, I tried to make one of my female teen sims super flat chested last month because she is canonically in my storyline delayed in growth and in physical development. I don’t remember all the things I did, but ever since I’ve been unable to edit her chest at all. It only allows me to move her actual chest outward and inward. My other teen sims are just fine. Does anyone know of any things that might help me fix her? I tried the traits.equip_trait trait_breasts_forceon and it did nothing. Any help would be great!
