After the pack is released, can I bundle the HSY exp. pack with other packs?

Hello, forgive me if this is a stupid question but it feels like a really smart decision right now.

I have pre-ordered the High School Years expansion pack and it says that I also got the Vibing Streamer Gear package. The purchase is still processing(I assume it's because the pack isn't released). If I cancel my order, and bundle it after July 28 but before September 8, will I be able to get the Streamer package AS WELL as other packs that I choose along with the bundle? Thanks in advance!

It is now occurring to me that it may not be available to bundle for a certain time period, but I'm going to hope.
