aggression in good relationships

Um, hello everyone. I read the bug fixes from May 12th, but I didn't see a solution (maybe it was fixed earlier). In general, has the feature been fixed where characters with good relationships, both friendly and romantic, simply start yelling and insulting each other during conversations? Honestly, I'm so tired of this; this has never happened before. This is my first dynasty, and now I have to control their conversations or they'll become enemies. If it hasn't been fixed, how can it be fixed? I have mods, and even MC Tuner hasn't helped.
